Free Consultation

Are you unsure about what you're looking for in a psychotherapist? Maybe you know lots of types of therapy, but are unsure what type is going to support you? If this is also your first time exploring therapy, you likely have some questions that could help you feel more comfortable.

Our free consultation calls can be a great way to see if Jennifer McDonnell is the right fit for supporting you. Your intuition is an important part of this process and you should feel encouraged to take a moment and listen to that. Beyond that, consult calls can be a great starting point to talk about what your goals are, what kind of experience or expertise Jennifer has that will best suit your needs, or even discussing availability and finances.

Wherever you are in this process, you have already taken some of the most difficult and uncomfortable steps to begin exploring psychotherapy. We look forward to working with you and supporting you in this journey of reducing stress, putting yourself first, finding yourself again, and loving the person you are.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk therapy is the ultimate way of incorporating nature and a more real-life environment to therapy. Do you find virtual and even in person psychotherapy too intense, hard to translate into your day-to-day life, or not in line with your goals for your health?

Walk & talk therapy sessions take place in West Toronto most typically in High Park. These can also be tailored for those individuals who have difficulties getting out of the house, find themselves avoiding certain areas or experiences due to phobias, or want to include nature in their practice.

Sessions are available between April and October, weather permitting.

60 mins - $175
